I make this omelette whenever I want a quick, satisfying breakfast or a light lunch. It’s fluffy, full of flavor, and combines sweet onion, ham, and fresh vegetables. Best of all, it’s ready in just 15-20 minutes.

Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- Approximately 50 g ham
- ½ red bell pepper
- 1 small onion
- 1–2 tsp butter
- 1 sprig of fresh parsley
- Salt to taste
How I Make It
- Prepare the ingredients. Chop the vegetables and ham into small pieces. Beat the eggs with a pinch of salt.
- Sauté the filling. Heat a little oil in a frying pan and sauté the onion, ham, and bell pepper until softened and lightly golden.
- Add the eggs. Pour the beaten eggs into the pan and reduce the heat to low.
- Cook until set. Let the omelette cook until the eggs are firm. If the top is still runny, cover the pan with a lid or carefully flip the omelette to cook the other side.
- Garnish and serve. Sprinkle with freshly chopped parsley and serve warm.
I like to serve this omelette with fresh bread, sliced tomatoes, and processed cheese for a simple, satisfying meal.
